Our team
Our law firm has the talent, experience, and resolve to protect our clients’ best interests in either federal or state court at every stage of the case. Brad Polk started practicing law as assistant Wake County prosecutor, where he quickly learned how to try cases. Brad worked with a prominent attorney in private practice and defended numerous clients charged with serious crimes before starting his own practice.
Brad, alongside our bilingual paralegal Daisy Cortes and associate attorney Ania DeJoy, are valuable assets to have on your side. Whether you are facing an investigation, federal grand jury subpoena, criminal charges, indictment, trial by jury, or sentencing, you’ll need expert lawyers who can help you achieve the best possible results.
